The head of this piece originally came from an antique brooch made around 1900 and was recently converted into a ring by us. In excellent condition. 

- One GIA certified oval cut sapphire, 1.15 ct (heated) 
- Eight old mine cut diamonds, 1.55 ct total (F-H/ VS1-I1)
- 585/ 14k solid yellow gold (hallmarked)
