Layaway policy

What is layaway?

Layaway allows you to pay an item in installments. You make (at least) one payment every month and the item will be shipped out to you once the balance has been paid in full. This service is free of charge.

What can be put on layaway?

Every item in the shop except loose gemstones and bespoke pieces can be put on layaway.

Payments

Each installment will be listed on the webiste and can be paid whenever you wish, the item is reserved for you once you paid the first installment.

Payment plans

Layaway is available after an item has been listed on the website for at least 12 hours. You can then start the process by contacting us either through Instagram or the shop website.

The length of your layaway plan depends on the price of the piece you are interested in.

- 400 USD = 2 Installments within 2 months

400 – 800 USD = 3 Installments within 3 months

800 – 1600 USD = 4 Installments within 4 months

1600 – 2000 USD = 5 Installments within 5 months

2000 – 2500 USD = 6 Installments within 6 months

2500 – 3300 USD = 7 Installments within 7 months

3300 – 4100 USD = 8 Installments within 8 months

4100 – 5000 USD = 9 Installments within 9 months

+ 5000 USD = 10 Installments within 10 months

Refund

Items paid for in installments may be returned for a shop credit equal to the price of the item minus a fee equal to the first layaway payment. If a Layaway plan is not completed, the first payment will be withheld and you will receive a shop credit for the remainder.
